083. At the very first Hunger Games, besides the 24 tributes from Districts 1 to 12, the Capitol picked the said last citizen of District 13, though there was a small group of people still living at the ruined District. The boy chosen was 18 years-old. He was killed brutally right at the start of the Games, being hated by a few tributes who blamed him and his District for the creation of the Hunger Games. He left his 18-years-old girlfriend pregnant, though, before being taken away. The girl died of depression shortly after having her baby, who grew hating the Capitol and mourning the death of her parents. When she had a child with 25-years-old, she raised her daughter to be a fighter and the one to bring back peace. Alma Coin kept District 13 alive and working, but was killed in reaction to the expensive sacrifices she made.
047. When the hovercraft landed in District 13, they thought it’d be okay to wake up Katniss, and so they did. As she walked inside the underground District, the hallway was empty, except for a blonde figure far away: It was Prim, with grey clothes and worry in her eyes. “Prim,” whispered Katniss. Instantly, came the flashbacks, of jabberjays, the sound of her scream, the Capitol torturing her, her crippled small body. Katniss didn’t think twice before running to her sister, and locking her into a hug. “You’re never leaving my sight again, okay, little duck?”
036. While at 13, Mrs. Everdeen was being carefully watched by doctors, even though she didn’t know it. After a few months, she was asked to become pregnant via insemination, as a part of the District’s plan to populate 13. Mrs. Everdeen denied: she wouldn’t have kids with someone that wasn’t her husband.

Paramore- Franklin
Hello everyone! Onto this amazing song! Well it was suggested to me by tieknots and I agree with her saying that this song works well for when Katniss and Gale are in District 13 and how it is not their real home. How after the Games everything has changed. How they won’t get back what they had before. How they can’t get used to District 13 and it’s ways. Here’s the lyrics:
And when we get home, I know we won’t be home at all
This place we live, it is not where we belong
And I miss who we were in the town that we could call our own
Going back to get away after everything has changed
[Chorus:]
Could you remind me of a time when we were so alive?
(Everything has changed)
Do you remember that? Do you remember that?
(Everything has changed)
Could you help me push aside all that I have left behind?
(Everything has changed)
Do you remember that? Do you remember that?
So we stand here now and no one knows us at all
I won’t get used to this
I won’t get used to being gone
And going back won’t feel the same if we aren’t staying
Going back to get away after everything has changed
[Chorus]
Taking up our time [x3]
It’s taking up our time again, go back we can’t go back at all [x3]
It’s taking up our time, taking up our time
Could you remind me of a time when we were so alive?
Do you remember that? Do you remember that?
Thanks again to tieknots! I really love Paramore and hope there will be at least one song by Paramore on the Hunger Games soundtrack!
